The sheer volume of pictures floating on social media speaks about the popularity of Manali as a coveted tourist destination. Spread out on the banks of River Beas, Manali has even had two former prime ministers – Jawaharlal Nehru and Atal Bihar Vajpayee, visit the place regularly. The popular place has become a melting pot of cultures fusing with the local one, something that it has got over many years of international and domestic tourists visiting the valley.

Naggar is a heritage village that was once the capital of the Kullu-Manali kingdom. It was after having spent a lifetime traveling the world that the Russian count and famous artist, Nicholas Roerich chose to set up a home in this village. Such is the fame of Naggar.

Being one of the most popular tourist destinations of the country, we have custom designed a short 5 days and 4 night package that brings you up close with the best of what Manali and Naggar holistically have to offer.

Transfer from Delhi/Chandigarh airport /train station to Manali hotel



DAY 1: Delhi – Manali (570 KM, 10 – 12 Hrs.)

The tour gets underway with our representative picking you up from Delhi or Chandigarh for a comfortable drive to Manali. The stay in Manali will be organised for your comfort. On arrival the dinner will be served at the hotel of stay.

DAY 2 - Manali sightseeing tour

At this popular tourist destination, there is a lot to see and indulge in. Towering snow clad peaks, a clean river flowing by, dark forests around orchard and farmlands give the tourist place a unique charm. Waking up to fresh mountain air, the Manali tour starts with a visit to Hadima Devi temple sheltered in a cedar (deodar trees) shaded glade. The ageless Devi is the presiding goddess of Manali and the valley. As the day progress, a visit to the Tibetan monastery, Club House and Vashist temple is on the cards. The evening can be spent exploring the local market for handicrafts and exotic eateries.

DAY 3 - Manali – Solang Valley

Moving out of Manali, Day 3 has the tour take you higher into the mountains, first into Solang valley (8500 feet altitude) where skiing is conducted in the winters and summer activities that include ballooning and tandem paragliding flight thrills are also held. As you head higher into the mountains, the valley opens up more and more and a panorama of white ranges gets wider and wider. The sheer delight of being to such heights and indulged in fun activities is the highlight of this day. As evening descends over the mountains, we make our way back to the valley for a warm dinner, before crashing out for the night.

DAY 4 : Manali – Naggar – Manali

To explore the valley around, on Day 4 the tour heads to Naggar, a quiet but historic village with a commanding view of the river valley below. Before the royal family moved to Kullu, it was from Naggar that the region was governed. Remnants of the times are scattered all over the place. The Naggar Castle was the Royal house of the ruling family and now is a heritage hotel. The temples of Tripura Sundari, Gauri Shankar and Sheetla Mata speak about the craftsmanship of the valley artisans. The Uruswati Himalayan Folk Art Museum and that of the master Russian artists Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery will have you spell bound. By evening fall, the tour heads back to Manali for dinner and night stay.

Day 5 Manali – Delhi (570 Km /10-12 hrs)

After breakfast, the return drop journey to Delhi/Chandigarh gets underway. But not before all of us would have gathered many memories to share and treasure for life.
